One Year To A Happier, Healthier You

Book Review  ::  #BCI Link Party #22

52 small changes one year to a happier, healthier you

Book Review
Book:  52 Small Changes / One Year To A Happier, Healthier You
Author: Brett Blumenthal

The first time I heard of this book was through a summit called "The Athlete Within" by Renee Ramsdell of the Corporate Triathlete.  The "The Athlete Within", is an excellent 21 day program where each day for 21 days Renee emails you an inspiring podcast related to health and fitness.  So encouraging that by the end of the 21 days I walked away feeling I could do anything.  You can read my interview with Renee here The Athlete Within.

2015 Year In Review

One Year Anniversary :: 2015's Most Popular Posts :: BCI Link Party #21

In December I offically completed one year of blogging and what a year it has been.  The learning curve is STEEP when you are new to blogging and the volume of information can seem insurmountable.  I can't recall too many other areas in my life where I had to not only learn on the job, but teach myself the job and produce at the same time across so many platforms and subject matter.  However, no matter how mind boggling the journey has been it has proven to be satisfying.

Anyone Else Late To The Party?

Holiday Highlights :: Time Out :: Thank You :: BCI Link Party #20

Ok, yes, I'm totally late in responding to the change of the year.  Surely I'm not the only one.  Nevertheless, I'm here with bells on. Top of the Season to you! Anyone Else Late To The Party?

Holiday Highlights
I hope everyone had an amazing holiday season.  Our's was lovely with Mima visiting from out of town.  The highlight of the season was the surprise birthday party we hosted for Toddler Girl.  It was a cupcake baking party for eight 3 and 4 year toddler girls.  Trust me it was far simpler on paper.  What was I thinking???  Toddler Girl was over the moon and turnt up like I've never seen her do before.  It took her more than a week to come down, staying up until 1 am every night, rising with the sun and jumping, playing and talking the entire time with no nap.  When she finally started to descend it was Christmas and it all started again.  She didn't have a birthday party she had a birthday season.  Way to go Zj!
